**Helmet Inspection:** Each helmet is carefully inspected for quality and safety before packing. If your order includes a helmet, please allow an additional day for this safety check.
#### 2. Domestic Shipping Policy (China)
We offer reliable shipping services for all helmet orders within China.

We ship helmets worldwide from our warehouse in **Jiangshan City, Zhejiang, China**.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes:**
JEF Helmet is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information before placing your order.
#### 4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your helmet, please contact the local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us within **[5 days]** of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim. **Please note:** We do not refund or replace orders marked as "Delivered" without evidence of delivery error (e.g., wrong address photo).
#### 5. Shipping Address Changes
We cannot modify the shipping address once the order is confirmed. If you entered the wrong address, please cancel the order immediately (within 1 hour) and place a new one. JEF Helmet is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
#### 6. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets must be **unused, unworn, and in original packaging** to be returned. Please refer to our **[Return Policy Page]** for detailed instructions on how to return an item.
